By accessing the Pretty Riot website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout, including the selected product, size, color, quantity, customization details, shipping address, and contact information. Pretty Riot reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, inventory errors, or misuse of our website.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizing, materials, and images. However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing, and other factors. Customers should review each individual product description before purchasing, as processing times, sizing, materials, and other important product information may vary.

Customers purchasing custom products are responsible for submitting the correct information and content required to complete their order. For custom phone cases, customers must submit the requested photo along with their order number to shopprettyriot@gmail.com. Please submit only one image. If you would like multiple photos included as a collage, the collage must be created before it is submitted to Pretty Riot. Production may be delayed until all required customization information has been received.

Most orders require approximately 2–10 business days to process unless otherwise stated in the individual product description. Processing time and shipping time are separate. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pretty Riot is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or other delivery-related issues. Eligible U.S. returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and returned merchandise must meet the requirements listed in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved returns are issued as store credit and are subject to a $9.95 return fee.

All Pretty Riot branding, logos, graphics, product photography, product designs, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Pretty Riot and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, or used commercially without permission. You may not use our website for fraudulent activity, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, submit harmful content, violate applicable laws, or infringe upon the rights of Pretty Riot or another party.

Pretty Riot reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and other store policies when necessary. The policies available on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
