Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Pretty Riot purchase. Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unused.
• Items must be in pristine, original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must pass our return inspection.
• Item must not be a final sale item

Returns submitted outside of the 14-day return window are not eligible.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Pretty Riot store credit after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $9.95 return fee will be deducted from your store credit.

RETURN INSPECTIONS

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.

Items that appear worn, used, damaged, altered, stained, washed, missing tags, or otherwise not in their original condition may be rejected.

Rejected returns may be sent back to the customer.

CUSTOM ITEMS

Custom and personalized products, including custom phone cases, are created specifically for your order and may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives incorrect or defective.

Please carefully review all photos, personalization details, phone models, sizes, colors, and other selections before submitting a custom order.
